Repeat stay

Great place for a large group. This our second year here and it was even better than last year. Only issue is we had to shoo away the tree trimming company at about 9:30am. No non-emergency maintenance should be done during a rental.

Birthday Beach Week

Took my 4 daughters and their children to the beach for my daughter's 40th birthday. Had a great time! Loved the access to the beach and the pool was a great reprieve from the heat. The A/C went out on the 2nd floor, but the repairman came right away and had it fixed in no time! I used Hilton Head Nannies and Platinum Executive Coaches for a night out - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We would definitely love to stay at this property again!

Paradise

One of the best Rentals we have stayed at! Rooms are comfy and all the bathrooms and bedrooms are nice. We didn't have to stuff folks on couches etc.. Amazing views! Really wonderful property.

Great week in Hilton Head !

Every year I bring between 15-20 men down for golf, tennis and pickleball. The most important decision I make every year is securing the right property. 3 Guscio Way was an excellent choice. Tons of beds, a fantastic location, and all the amenities we could possibly ask for. The only negatives were lack of parking and the cleaning people left all the dirty sheets and towels from the previous renters on the floor by our front door inside the house. Will definitely consider this property again for next years trip.

Great location and home

The house and location are terrific. You get exactly what you hope for with the beach location and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, and other amenities of HH. The home is spacious with a great kitchen and common area. We enjoyed our stay.

Incredible Experience

This house was perfect. Our group of 11 had plenty of space while also staying connected! The views are unbeatable and the private access to the beach is worth every penny. The home is beautiful and clean and the communication with the rental company was easy and flawless. I highly recommend this house, the rental company, and if you get the voucher for beach gear, use it! They delivered to the house before our arrival and everything was beach-ready! Thanks for a magical stay!!

Volleyball group

Everything was good except the construction noise from the neighboring house was a nuisance. If we had known we would not have stayed here. Jack hammer all day. Any compensation from your company would be appreciated.

Great Location

Our family of 4 rented this home with friends who were a family of 3. The house is spacious and has fabulous view of the ocean. The kitchen and family are comfortable, well appointed, and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the top floor game room which is right next to the bunk bedroom. We used the pool and the hot tub in March. We had difficulty figuring out how to turn the hot tub on and the property management company was easy to get ahold of for help. There are bikes at the house to use, and the main shopping area is within biking distance. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants a short car ride away. As previous renters mentioned the beds are very very very firm. New mattresses or toppers would be welcome. One of the showers drained slowly, so slowly that my daughter did not feel comfortable using it. Not a huge inconvenience as there were 6 other showers to use. Back in March there was a nest of carpenter bees I think living in the hedge near the back stairs. A few sentry bees would hover around the back stairs to the pool to keep guard. Rather annoying, so we purchased some Raid. That worked for a day or two, then reinforcements came so we shifted to using the interior stairwell to access the pool and did not use to back porch. Maybe the carpenter bees have moved residence by now. The wooden deck on the dune was a lovely place to see the ocean and people watch. Such a nice convenience to have direct beach access from the back yard.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location and large home to accommodate family and friends. The home was a bit dated, but very comfortable. Unfortunately, when we arrived the pool and spa were not heated as requested. It took several visits to get fixed. Then the main level A/C went out and then the main level refrigerator quit working. We had to also request for subcontractors or property manager to wear a mask if they came into the home. We felt like this should have been company policy during this time. Although these issues were very inconvenient and the last thing you want to be dealing with when you go on vacation, the property manager replied pretty quickly. We were just grateful to be able to get away during these very challenging times.
