407 North Shore Place är en villa på fjärde våningen bekvämt belägen ett kort kvarter från havet och tvärs över gatan från de livliga butikerna och restaurangerna på Coligny Plaza. Denna vackert inredda och välutrustade villa är unikt belägen bara några steg från den gemensamma takpoolen. När du går in i ytterdörren hälsas du med en öppen planlösning, ljus kustinredning och golvplattor. Matbordet har sex platser med ytterligare fyra barstolar. Great location, steps to beach and restaurants

This is our 2nd stay at this condo - mainly for the location to the beach and restaurants. It is always very clean. Check-out process is a breeze. The parking gate keypad was broken but they eventually just kept the gate open. Only suggestion would be to spend the money to upgrade to a universal remote for the tv. The remotes are old, held together with masking tape. Other than that it is a really nice condo.

Construction noise and amenities closed

We were extremely disappointed to arrive to a building under construction and the pool/hit rub closed. We received no forewarning. The common outdoor spaces were wrapped in sheets with red tape and dusty. They were refinishing concrete floors all day, beginning at 8 am. In top of that, the washer and dryer in our unit did not work (we had packed light and needed it) and a bedside lamp was broken. Contact with anyone who could help was slow, and solutions offered were disappointing at best.It has been two weeks and I haven’t received resolution.

Perfect vacation

Property was very nice. Loved the proximity to the pool! Have stayed at this resort for many years and this is one of our favorite units. Only downfall was having to go to rental/management office to pick up arrival package. It would be nice if it would have been in the condo upon arrival. Great vacation and great weather!

Perfect spot - walking distance to everything

Great location, walking distance to all the stores, restaurants and beaches near Coligny. The pool is on the 4th floor, right outside the condo door. Beach is a 5 min walk. Very easy. Condo was clean, master bed was comfy. Would stay again.

Great location

I would stay here again. The location was perfect,walking distance to everything we did,except we drove to Sea Pines and a couple restaurants we wanted to try.Crabbys (dinner)and Necter(breakfast) was delicious. Fish across the street was also good all tho we only had apps there. The plaza is directly across the street and the beach is 1/2 block down. Just a couple things regarding the condo its self. The size was great for 4 adults everyone had there own space. The negatives I feel people may want to know were and not a big deal are...the fridge should be replaced or at lease fix the shelves in the fridge,the toilet paper holder in the one bathroom was broken,to leave more garbage bags,replace the one beach chair. Other wise everything was great.

Summer Vacation

This unit is in need of a major cleaning on floors, baseboards and walls! Upon arriving the main entry door did not close or lock properly. Maintenance was there and it was mended within an hour. Also, the listing states that access to both Seacrest beachside pools are included. O had to argue that point upon check-in with the individuals at Vacasa. They jad said that North Shore Place no longer was affiliated. In the end the young lady gave us wristbands, so that was moce of her. Not sure who is misinformed. Apart from those issues, we love the location and space as we have been coming to HHI for 40 years.

Great

Location is perfect! Could be a little more kid friendly but over all it’s great! Master bed and pillows could use a update. Also there wasn’t a drain stop in the first bathroom so littles couldn’t take a bath. But over all great location. Short walk to everything.

Great Location with some items of concern

We have stayed at North Shore place a number of times over the years based on the location. The primary reason we chose the unit for the month was because of the hot tub. The hot tub did not work the entire month. Communication with the property manager was one way. We called, they said they were sorry, nothing was done, no estimation on when it would be fixed and no compensation. I never would have rented this unit knowing the hot tub was not working. Overall the unit meets that basic needs, however it is very dark. More lighting is needed. Some of the lights were out and it took over a week for any to be delivered. The couch was heavily stained. The blinds in the spare bedroom were not operational and they could not be pulled up or opened. Overall, the location makes up for a lot, however the unit needs some attention.

This unit could use some painting touchups, new kitchen silverware and coffee pot and cooking pans. Like the beachside decor theme throughout the condo. I would rent again!

Excellent stay

Really enjoyed the stay at this condo! We usually always stay right on the water, but we booked last minute. But this didn’t take away from our stay at all. So close to the beach! The only thing is the elevator is super slow- but this is the only complaint!

Great location!

Pros: Close to Coligny Plaza, beach, pools. Secure building and garage parking. Even though the unit is located next to the pool, the noise was not an issue. The unit is very quiet. Most concerns were handled by management in a timely manner. Cons: The unit needs refreshing ... fresh paint, updated decor, and firmer mattresses. The rear door needs new blinds and the instructions to lock that door need reversed. The front door wouldn't latch and lock. Had to lift and push until we heard it latch. Outlet near master bed was hanging off the wall. Coffee grounds were left in coffee pot by previous renters. Conclusion: If the price matched the condition, we would consider renting this unit again.

Great location! Perfect place for family!

This place is in the best location to everything. The pool, elevator, shopping, dining, bike rentals, beach are all so close. It’s close enough and yet very quiet. The endless bike trails with great places for site seeing is perfect. The room is perfect and clean. Some items may need some attention like the front and back door lock latch. The master bathroom sink needs to drain a little better. Need sheets for the pullout bed. Other than that, this place is perfect. We would stay here again. Oh! Make sure the code to get into the property from Vacasa welcome center works prior to the closing of the welcome center. That way, you can drive to the welcome center and sort things out instead of using the call center customer service during this pandemic.

Perfectly located & perfectly CLEAN!

Great location next to the beach & across from shopping, restaurants and bars. We never moved our car! We did bike all over. This was the cleanest property and unit that we have stayed at in years! Whoever manages the cleaning here is top notch. The mattresses were comfortable and the unit was beautiful and spacious. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Great location!!

This was a great location! The condo was beautifully furnished and we enjoyed our stay there. We parked the car when we got there, and never took it out until we left. It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, a Piggly Wiggly, and numerous shops. We also rented bikes and rode on the beach, and to Harbor Town, and South Beach. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this area.
