  • Our beautiful offshore lake house is walking distance to a private HOA beach. Bring friends or family to our four bedroom two bath house with a large open living/kitchen area and a quiet sun room where you can read and watch the birds. Or have cocktails.

    Cook a family meal in the well appointed kitchen. There are extra table leafs in the closet to add space for your guests. Enjoy! Your on vacation.

    This house can be rented for multi month periods for a greatly reduced price. Contact owner for info.

Great access to the lake, just a two minute walk. Kayaks with the rental were in good shape and easy to get to.Love the sunroom and the kitchen/living room layout. All in all, a great stay.

Peaceful and beautiful

Joni's house was in a perfect location with a short walk to a serene private beach. The home was clean and well outfitted, and the open-concept layout light-filled and relaxing. We would definitely visit again, but next time a longer stay!

Clean house by nice lake!

Everything about this was easy and convenient, from communication with Joni to its sweet location just steps from a lake. My family of four were plenty comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay again!

House was true to the description. Located in a nice, lakefront community, it felt homey and comfortable. We used the kayaks, visited Tanglewood and went on a bike ride. Perfect weekend. Thank you!

Hinsdale Hideaway

We stayed here for a birthday weekend. The house is a wonderful space for the four of us, with plenty of room for more. The location was excellent; we were close to the Appalachian Trail and some of us did a long hike while others enjoyed a movie in Dalton. A lovely space!

Comfortable house and beautiful lake access

The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's across the street from a lovely lake with a small private beach, dock, and kayaks. Hinsdale is a nicely central location in the Berkshires. We wanted a quiet getaway combining nature, scenery, culture and history. This was perfect.

The house was Great and the owner was awesome

The house worked was exceptionally clean and worked great for us. The landowner was exceptionally helpful in providing suggestions. We loved visiting the Norman Rockwell Museum and walking around Lenox. Thanks for everything!

A great house!

We gathered with family and had a wonderful time at Joni's house. She's a great host, responsive and helpful. The house is very comfortable and truly had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The lake is beautiful. We went swimming and kayaking, enjoyed the grill and fire pit, and hung out on the screened-in porch. It was everything we were hoping for, and we would love to return!

MOUNTAINS

The stay was beautiful a little miscellaneous items, its a 3 and a half bedroom the drive was pretty long with the weather conditions through the mountains the house is at the top of the mountains the closest store is 15 minutes everything is priced up because it was the only store and you definitely have to be careful roads are small and if you love kayaking they have a lake with 2 kayaks its very quiet nice house, kitchenware they have everything you will need.

wonderful stay

I went for the weekend with my father to get some time away from our busy work lives and the Jodi our host was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. check in was easy and house was very clean and well kept. neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and the house wifi worked great and it was very comfortable. House was close to pittsfield and some other nice towns and attractions. would definitely stay here again and could not have asked for a better experience
