“This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and although it’s not my thing I have to say that I had a great experience. The place itself is gorgeous, and it’s evident that it is brand new as everything is in mint condition. Food was good and breakfast was excellent. Pools and beach are amazing, big ups for serving drinks using premium alcohol!! Gym was really good for being a hotel gym. Lastly, super service from everyone in the staff!”

“The only issue that was dissatisfying was the check in process. I reserved 2 rooms with double beds in January. We had an early arrival. The hotel would not accommodate our party of 4 with the rooms requested because i booked via 3rd party we were not treated fairly. After 3hrs of waiting for our rooms, we were only able to get one room with double beds and one king. we were told to stop by the next morning to see if another double bed had opened up.”

“I would like to thank the staff member at the front desk who checked me in and did everything possible to fix my issues. First two rooms I was given the AC wasn’t working too well but they changed my room to one of the newer rooms, which worked out well. Only thing I would say is the cleaning staff needs to be more thorough, as I found a used you know what wrapper on the floor under the night stand. I want to thank the staff member at check in for doing everything possible to make sure my stay...
