“The check-in was easy, We booked a room with two beds. We were upgraded to bigger suite but with a single king and two pullout couches. The location of this room was great, right on the beach and next to a restaurant. No complains on location. The pullout couches was horrible. We needed up sleeping on the couch than the pullout mattress. Other minor issues, The living room AC was not running, Maintenance fixed it in 30min. Main toilet was leaking and did not have energy to get it fixed or move...

“Room was clean, have everything you need, spa massage was great, the only complaint about my stay was that I was supposed to get a 25.00 U. S. dollar credit spa and at the checkout I told them and they didn’t gave it to me because they said I was supposed to tell the spa lady. I don’t think that was right, other than that everything was awesome.”
