“I would never tell anyone to stay at this old, run down place. No amenities in the room, room very small & old. Steps to building very dangerous. Room had a full bed, small round table, a chair & an old TV. Very old A/C unit. Bathroom so small you could hurt yourself in it. Din't even supply wash cloths. I woould rate it a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. They should pay people to stay there, not the other way around. You are making a big mistake having them on your list of places to stay”

“I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Pocono Inn Resort, our room was spacious and clean. It also provided plenty of towels and toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). The beds were also pretty comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Eugene at the front desk was awesome, he was super friendly and we spent quite a bit of time talking with him about the Inn and the local area. He was such a pleasure all weekend. “Friendly staff and a clean room in a motel-like setting behind one of the few remaining Delaware Water Gap resorts. The original building is closed, so guests stay in the motel rooms behind it. The rooms could benefit from larger and softer towels and some better lighting throughout. The pool looked good though we didn't have time to use it. That being said this is a fine place to stay that is central to all that the Gap and Stroudsburg have to offer. We will likely stay here again.”

“Air conditioning did not work and blew out dust. The room smelled musty.”

“Hotel was conveniently located by the Sherman Theater where we had tickets to a show. We were able to walk to & from & felt safe walking at night. Staff was very personable & accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of choices & coffee was always available. Room was clean & beds/pillows comfortable. Only negative was odor in room & hall that was heavily scented with air freshener. We would stay here again when in town for a show.”
