“Our room was clean. Staff was polite and quick to respond to any of our needs. Parking was very good. The pool was crystal clear and the waterfall was a really nice added feature.”

“Property was well kept/ cute design on cottage ( nice touch on modern touch like bathroom mirror/ stove) However when we arrived the code provided was not working we had to wait for a maintenance team to help us, also the cottage we had was right on highway and sitting on patio was just noisy. Some items weren’t working like the fan/door of the bathroom and last minute the hanger covering the wall just fell off in the middle of the night. We enjoyed ourselves and the BBQ area. “The room wasn’t worth the price. The beds were super old, squeaky and nearly breaking down. I suggest getting rid of those beds before they break down and hurt someone.”

“This was our 8th time at the Shalimar. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and met all our needs. The pool was well maintained and parking was always available. They have a small arcade, five hole golf, cornhole and a ping pong table. Learned today they have a fitness room! There's something for everyone. We're going back in a few weeks! Highly recommend.”

“It was a welcoming atmosphere. The property was maintained. However, I expected more. For example, I expected to have at least some drinking water in the room. The refrigerator could have been bigger. An additional small table and chairs would make it better. Thanks”

“I had a pool view I had amazing stay experience. room was huge they had a small fridge and microwave I like that . The room was clean and the sheets were very clean. The room smelled good. Also the staff was so friendly. The location. Was parent near Lido beach and Siesta keys beach near the Sarasota Jungle where you can feed the flamingos with your hand it’s also bear Myyakka park beautiful largest park where you can rent bikes for $15. Oh parking was plenty and it’s free.”
