“We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though ”

“This spot is a gem away from the busyness of Newport. The tiny house we rented was beautifully appointed, the pool is lovely, the staff accommodating and friendly. Sachuest beach is a 12 minute drive and Thames street less than twenty. Altgough the property sits close to the busy east main road, the sounds of traffic are not a problem. The Newport Wine vineyard is right next door, accessible from the property! I’ll be back’ ”

“Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again.”

"Hotellet ser nedgÄnget ut utanpÄ. Men Àr riktigt fint inuti! Poolen var inte frÀsch, mÄnga gÀster badade samtidigt och vattnet sÄg smutsigt ut. Bland annat hade en gÀst tappat en Pina Colada i poolen som svalpade och löddrade sig i ett hörn. "
