“We never saw or met anyone who worked there, but it wasn't necessary because of the excellent communication we received before checking in. We were provided with a phone number to text if we had any needs or questions and our text was returned promptly. We found the room spotlessly clean and in good condition. “What an awesome place to stay. We were met with one of the friendliest desk person. She was so kind and energetic. She got us in a little early. Our room was awesome. So unique and modern with an old time feel. Very rustic. We had a bottle of wine and two glasses waiting for us when we arrived in our room. Everything was in walking distance. “ I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to camping or a cheap motel - the ‘yurts’ at Whitetail Creek were perfect. Comfortable double bed and plenty space inside, BBQ to cook my own dinner, and a large shared fire pit for evenings. Everything I needed, and run by friendly and competent people! Be aware that if it gets cold you’ll want all the blankets (ask for more if you need), and there is no electricity in the tent, but several electric lanterns for light. And it’s a couple hundred feet...
