“The beautiful flowers outside our room were such a nice surprise and were very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in Florence.”

“All the charm of a country cabin with knotty pine walls. Updated with an excellent bed and new fridge. Parking was right in front of the room. The staff was helpful and the room very clean. My only note would be that the walls are thin and we were able to hear the neighbors complete conversations. I suggest using the earplugs found in the bedside table.”

“The room was clean. The property is outdated. There are several floors but no elevators. Interesting because the pool which is down on the bottom stairs has an ada lift to get in the pool. Everything else is not ADA friendly. It was a Best Western Prime or premium or what have you, with a lounge and restaurant, and now it doesnt have either. “This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. If you’re thinking about staying here I would recommend you to reconsider. Our room hadn’t been cleaned. When we immediately talked to the reception about that they sent some kind of manager who just wiped the kitchen counter. But the crumbles all over the floor and the dirty bath tub wasn’t taken care of. We complained about this lack of cleaning two times after that and all they did was to make the bed, 24 hours after we checked in. ”

The rooms are what used to be a RR station and have been upfitted with enough modern conveniences that you won't be disappointed - surprised, but not disappointed.
