“The suite we had was very nice. The location was great, very walkable to different restaurants and the waterfront. Valet parking is cheaper than parking it yourself which is a bit odd but not really an issue (checking out it took a bit longer to get the vehicle but it wasn’t crazy). I would recommend the Sutton Place and would come back again.”

A fire alarm went off one night and the night staff was not helpful. He didn’t keep his composure or communicate with guests.”
