“The floor was very dirty, I needs an extra blanket and was told I’d be charged $30 for it.”

“Pictures don’t do this place justice. Checking in was fine, but as soon as I walked in the side door to my room I was immediately hit with a cloud of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Even once I got to my room this never went away. Upon getting to my room there was what I could only describe as blood stains on the bed comforter and sheets. Also, I don’t even know what was on the walls. I was in the room for no less than 5 minutes and already booked another hotel room and immediately left. 5 days...

“This is going to be a lovely hotel but it is currently being renovated and was not really ready. There was a punch list taped to the dresser in the room. There was no ability to control the temp in the room. There was no hair dryer. The coffee ran out in the morning in the lobby and wasn’t replaced. There was no in-room coffee maker. The room was very clean, and I would stay there if I knew renovations were completed. There is also a great need for lighting on the stairs from the back parking...
