“The rooms smelled clean, they put us on the highway side of the building, very noisy most of the night with traffic. There was nobody available at the desk for checkout at 8 am, I left my keycard at the desk. The 1 staff person I dealt with was just there. Ok place to stay but that is all.”

“My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things ”

“This place is described as more than scetchy. Not a good place for the family just because it has a good price. The staff is just fine but the condition of the property is not good. Smoking and marijuana reek the halls even though there are strict rules against these things. The staff seem hesitant to provide enough towels and bathroom supplies for four people. We stayed two nights and will never stay again. Sorry Quality Inn. The room and facilities were in terrible shape.”

“Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly...

“Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Didn't feel safe. Uber driver that dropped me off and picked me up (separate drivers) both said the hotel had a bad reputation in the area”

“Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit...
