âStaff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options.â
âSpacious room! We were on the 2nd and worried about noise from the street but we heard nothing. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Lots of storage space and comfortable couch. Beds were comfortable, as well. Had a modern look with clean lines. â
âWe didn't try the food options but the beds were nice and clean and the bathroom was very clean and had what we needed for our one night stay. The staff was super nice and friendly, they were well concerned when i was limping abd the staff member offered to help me and i thought that was so touching. â

âWe loved how easy it was to check-in and out. Also I loved that I could use my phone or a code to get into the building which made everything feel much safer! The staff were all so nice and welcoming as well!â
âThe rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a free shuttle services to and from events at the Excel Center. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Great place to stay!! â
âPerfectly serviceable hotel. Convenient. The breakfast is good. Didn't try the restaurant because I was in town visiting family. I wish the pillows were a little more firm. â
âBit deceiving based off the pictures but also if you know the area at all shouldnt come as surprise. Check in was seamless and our room was in order but bring a flyswatter and probably air freshener (room reeked of unknown odor that may have been urine mixed with cigarette smoke ~ who knows tho.) we just needed a place to lay our heads for the night on our roadtrip so could have done worse but for sure could have done just a bit better. Definitely a grungey place so if you need a cheap room...
