Good points: the room, the breakfast, airport pickup driver was really helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for the area, the location is great, the lobby is nice, rooftop terrace is nice.
Areas that could be improved on: some front desk staff lacks training. It took way too long to check in because they said our reservation was not in their system. Although I had been corresponding with the hotel the day before to arrange for airport pick up and they confirmed we are guests of the hotel so I don't understand how our reservation was not there when we were checking in? No apologies or explanations why they couldn't find our reservation. But miraculously after an hour they found it.
Some of the front desk staff we encountered weren't very friendly. I didn't expect over the top cheeriness but a smile wouldn't have hurt.
So as much as we liked most of the things about the hotel, due to our personal experiences with some of the staff (and our observations with how the same staff member interacted with other guests - she was very rude to the other guests), we would not stay here again.
