Gillade: Renlighet, personal och service, bekvämligheter och boendets skick och faciliteter
I have just left the Cashew Inn, and this small boutique hotel at the end of an alley in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City truly deserves its 5 star reviews.
I've been travelling around Southeast Asia for a month, and this is the first hotel that I've stayed in that actually had air-conditioning that I could adjust and I wasn't freezing all the time. The hotel is spotless. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked great. I couldn't have asked for a better location, everywhere I wanted to go was in walking distance. I didn't have any problem with noise, even though it's close to the loudest street in the city.
But the main reason I loved this hotel was the amazing front desk staff, particularly Ngan and another young lady whose name I didn't get, but she was a trainee and her warm welcome when I arrived immediately made me feel like I was home.
It's hard for me to express how happy I was with my stay, and I have never stayed at a hotel had free laundry, washing and drying. Thank you Cashew Inn for such a wonderful experience in Ho Chi Minh City!
