Dear Mr Christopher Tan H Thanks for taking time for the review, we are sorry for your unhappy experience in our accommodation. - However, we have to say that we are completely disappointed with your stay. You booked a double room (just for 2 people), but you stayed up to 3 people without notifying us. - On 2nd day, you left without telling us and threw the key somewhere in the house, it was found the next day while our cleaner working. This will be dangerous for guests staying here if the key is lost or stolen. - On the 4th day, you called us and noticed that you have left because some personal reason, and then you requested a full refund. We refused. - After you left, we checked the room, the room was left in bad condition, you made the wooden floor very dirty by pouring something into it. And now, we have to remove the wooden floor because it can't clean, this is serious damage with us. - I hope you understand, our room is clearly shown in pictures and captions, we never deceive any customers.
