Enkelt men funktionellt
Väldigt enkelt vandrarhem med rum av relativt låg standard, men allt var helt och rent. För priset är det ett självklart val. Jag bodde i ett enkelrum på fjärde våningen som funkade fint för några dagar i HCMC.

Very friendly staff and nice benefits
I had a great time at Long Hostel. It was somewhat hard to find at first, since the alleys of Saigon are not always well marked on Google maps, the locals were able to help though. Great location near the bus station (for easy access to the airport and local buses) and the backpacker street with lots of restaurants and bars. Good service, friendly and helpful people that were very talkative. Breakfast, albeit small, and 2 free beers at happy hours were beautiful additions, and made for an easy way to meet people. I had a good enough room for myself, with my own toilet and good AC.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. It was kept very clean and drinking water was available. Entry was with a swipe disc which was excellent.

Long Hostel is on a street where there are many other hostels. Many travellers I met at the hostel who had been travelling around Vietnam, all said that this hostel so far has been the nicest. That says something about this hostel. Free breakfast provided from 7-10am with good food and drink options. Water fountain to fill your water bottles is available for all guests. Tours can be booked at reception very easily, with pick ups. Rooms were clean with large lockers for the backpacks to be stowed away, but unfortunately there are no curtains around each bed, no shelf for each bed to place their key items or a small light. These are not essential but it would be helpful. The room has a large fridge to keep drinks cold. The bathroom was small and it seems the norm that the shower is not divided from the toilet. So everything unfortunately gets wet. But they do provide sandals in the rooms for you to wear around the room and in bathroom. Sachets of shower gels were also provided. The hostel is located 2 mins from the food walking street and about 40 mins from the War Remnants Museum and City Hall. I would recommend this hostel where you can meet lots of people over the breakfast table. The staff all greet you with a smile and are helpful with any queries you may have. On leaving they kindly even booked a cab via the grab app for me, so I could get to the airport.

Long Hostel has an excellent location close to walkable sites. The staff are amazing and accommodating ... and lovely. The room is a little dated, but very clean. Some might find the bed a bit hard, but better than a soft bed I say! The free breakfast and drink is delicious and they also provide water and bananas. Incredible value for your money. Kindly tip the staff. They work so hard.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal bei Mrs.Long und wieder sehr zufrieden. Es ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Das Zimmer war mit eigenem Bad und Balkon ausgestattet und hat uns gut gefallen. Klimaanlage und Ventilator waren vorhanden. Ein Frühstück gab es auch, einfach aber gut, frisch zubereitet. Und Mrs. Long ist einfach die Beste! Immer freundlich und fürsorglich. Für uns ist sie um 5Uhr morgens aufgestanden und hat uns ein Taxi besorgt. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür!

4일 지냈는데 개미가 조금 있는거 빼고는 더블룸에서 지낼만 한거같아요 근처에 유명한곳도 있고 웬만하면 그랩 불러서 이동해서 다니길 추천드려요 가격에 비해 저렴하고 매니저 분들도 친절하고 다른 분들이랑 이야기 하는것도 괜찮은 곳인거 같아요

This was such a great hostel! Walk though a market to a cute alley with multiple hostels. I felt very safe at all times and it was easy to get around from here. Everyone that worked here was so incredibly nice and friendly! If I’m back in HCMC, I’d stay here again. Breakfast was great as well and there’s lots of food and coffee options that are a walkable distance away as well.

Bonne Guesthouse bien située
Bonne guesthouse bien située au cœur du quartier routard de Ho Chi Minh , l’accueil est très bien avec la patronne, les chambres sont bien équipées avec salle de bain , literie correcte, serviettes de douche changées chaque jour. Le tout est propre. L’accès est facile depuis l’aéroport avec le bus 109 qui vous amène à la gare routière tout près de la guesthouse. Une bonne adresse à petit prix

I made a reservation 3 months in advance. The hostel gave away my room so I was stuck with nowhere to go. Had to go to a different place and pay more. Would not recommend to stay at this place.

Best Hostel In Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City
One if the nicest places we've been staying, the rooms were a lot prettier than the pictures -great start! The service was formidable and all of the staff were so nice to us from start to end we even got to go on a roof top that wasn't really meant to be used! Great breakfeast selection, happy hour and location right in the heart of district 1! Because of the price we didn't expect too much but were blown away by how accommodating and nice the staff, people and atmosphere was at Long Hostel! If you ever visit Ho Chi Minh City you should stay here!
