Bra hotell men tid till city
Fräscht hotell med trevlig personal som hjälpte oss att boka dagsturer med mera. Poolen låg i en annan byggnad där man fick ”checka in” varje gång. Ligger inte så långt från city men trafiken i staden är riktigt kaosig så var svårt att planera hur långt tid det skulle ta. Ibland 60 min ibland 20 min när trafiken var bättre.

Utmärkt hotell för några dagar i Saigon. Lite långt från centrum men med hjälp av Uber ordnades billigatransporter. Hyfsad pool och helt ok frukost.

Detta är ett bra hotel med bra service. Sängarna är sköna och frukosten är bra. Något långt till city, men det går buss nr 20 utanför hotellet och kostar inte många dong. Taxi är billigt och bör inte betala mer än 100000 dong (ca 43kr) till centrum. Distrikt 7 är ett lungt område. Som gäst till hotellet har man gratis tillgång till ett fantasktigt gym samt ett bra poolområde.

This is one if the best hotels we stayed on, clean, good service, great staff, good breakfast, gym/fitnesscenter& swimmingpool for guests at Saigon sports club. Bus goes to behn tan market and cheap 5000 vnd, taxi about 80000 vnd. Great place for relaxing.

This hotel Should have more Sters
We were initially just planing to stay 2 days but ended up staying 1 month at Thien Ha. After being ripped of by the taxidriver taking us to the hotell our first impression of Vietnam was not the best, but this was something the staf and manager was going to change. We expiriensed the best service we have ever had in a hotell. Many hotels say the wanna give the guest e family feeling, but this is how you do it :) We were so pamperd and taking care of we didnt wanna leave :) We couldnt have picked a better spot, included in the price is also entrance to the nextdoor magnificent training facility and pool. Thanks for an unforgetable stay.

Thien Ha is anything but Heavenly
I stayed at Thien Ha 3 years ago and it seems totally different as if it was not maintained at all. he bathroom walls were cracking because of humidity and towels had black stains. he bed had dirty sheets and covers. After complaining about the room to front desk they said nothing can be done as the cleaners were gone at that time. I told them we would leave in the next morning. Finally the front desk came up to check as if they needed to vouch our words. I showed him all the problems and he agreed to give us another room. I felt insulted that I had to show him the issues. The bedroom of the second room had clean sheets but the bathtub and walls had black mold. I decided to stay the night and check out the following morning. It was a waste of a stay but I would not stay in an unclean place.

방은 굉장히 넓어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 화장실 불이하나 고장났더라구요. 이점빼곤 방은 만족스러웠고 하지만 주변에 뭐가 너무 없습니다, 출장으로 방문해서 어쩔 수 없었지만 여행으로 방문하시는건 비추천 드립니다.

리뷰에 개미 때문에 예약하기 전에 좀 꺼렸었는데 생각보다 괜찮았어요. 바닥이 대리석 바닥이라서 아주 작은 개미가 있긴 한데 한 두 마리 정도 봤던 거 같아요 조식 중 고기 요리는 전날 한 것 같아서 맛이 없는 것도 있었는데 전체적으로 맛있었어요 수영장과 헬스장 시설도 좋았구요

Great front desk assistance. Cheap option being outside of town center. Great gym next door (extra charge). Be aware of taxi drivers trying to overcharge you.

Poor representation ... the pool is NOT part of the hotel and needs strict requirements to enter this removing the FUN out of wanting to pop down for a swim... this really is expedias job to vet places they advertise and take your money for??

Um bom hotel, quartos amplos, sinal de Wi-Fi forte mas velocidade lenta, ótima banheira, café da manhã ok com poucas opções, funcionários atenciosos, cama confortável, bom travesseiros, boas toalhas de banho. Área local distante do centro mas com opções de refeição e compras. Precisam melhorar a limpeza do quarto. Check-in rápido mas check-out com problema, queriam cobrar bebidas que não consumimos.

The property uses photos from a sports club at the next building. To use the pool, you have to get a voucher and copy of your passport and then walk to the sports club!!! And you cannot bring any food or beverage to swim. All alleged facilities are from the Sports Club. Other than big rooms, the hotel has none of the facilities advertised. Price was too good to be true, I suppose. Location was not ideal since it does not have the advertised facilities.

Stayed at Thien Ha Hotel & Apartments for 3 weeks thinking that I could use Saigon Sports Gym next door for free. Well not anymore. Have to pay extra to use gym.

Kokemus oli ihan hyvä. Hotellin aamiaispöydästä löytyi suomalaisellekin syötävää. Huone oli tosi tilava. Vuode oli hyvä. Suihkussa veden paineet huonot. Hotellissa olisi ollut palveluja, mutta emme tarvinneet mitään, koska olimme vain pari yötä. Allasalue oli pettymys. Ei ollut hotellin yhteydessä vaan takan olevan treenisalin pihassa. Ihmiset hotellissa ja kaupungissa ystävällisiä. Oltiin nähtävyys, ei varmaan meikäläisiä ole niille nurkilla paljon eksynyt. Hotelli sijaitsi 17 km päässä lentokentältä. Liikenne pitää kokea paikan päällä, siellä mukana liikkuen. Sitä mopedien määrää ja tööttäilyä! Kyllä se kadun ylityskin sitten onnistui.

Really lovely hotel. Great staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, fair money exchange rate, unbelievably good gym and pool area attached. Hotel kept clean at all times. Downsides are things the hotel cannot control. Not a great holiday location, road hotel is located on is full of rubble and shower was very weak, probably due to local plumbing.

Excellent!!!
Excellent staffs! This time had to go to port so I booked here. Also was very anxious to use the gym behind the building , it was great! But you need to recieve a voucher and a copy of your photo id which can be giving to you at the check in counter without any hastles. For sure will come again! The breakfast not so much of a choice but the pork rib bbq was delicious!!!

운동이 목적이라면 추천
운동이 목적이라면 꽤 추천할만합니다. 헬스장과 수영장이 참 좋네요. 헬스장 뒷쪽엔 여러 운동기구와 복싱링도 있고, 운동하러오는 외국인이 엄청 많았어요. 핼스장과 수영장이 있는 곳에 음식도 사서 먹을 수 있어요. 생각이상으로 너무 맛있었던 ^^ 다만, 호텔 객실의 침실은 너무 푹신해서 허리가 너무 아팠네요. 지금 호텔 앞 길이 공사중이라 밤에 호텔이 흔들려서 지진난 줄 알았어요

조식이나 서비스는 좋으나 청결도나 위치가 좋지않다
직원들이 친절하고 조식이 맛있습니다. 다만 번화가와 거리가 멀고 호텔 주변에 가게나 놀거리가 없습니다. 그리고 개미가.. 정말! 많습니다 티테이블위에서 스푼을 드는 순간 봤던 바글거리는 개미가 잊혀지지 않습니다. 그리고 바닥의 벽사이에 개미가 끊임없이 나와서 다음날 살충제를 사서 뿌리니까 그나마 괜찮았습니다.

Good for business and families with older kids
First, please note that the the pool cannot be used by children under 12 years of age even with an adult. It is part of a sports club and not directly owned by the hotel. We had a large front room (triple room?) with a bathtub. The room has large glass windows so it can get fairly warm during the day. We needed a fan to help cool the room when the sun was hitting directly on the windows. Otherwise it was cool enough. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for Asia since most beds in Asia are far too hard. The room was clean and large. The big step up into the bathroom might be trouble for reduced mobility people. Breakfast was good with new things everyday. Coffee was local G7 3-1 instant which is good if you like instant. Location is good if you are going to a trade show at the SECC or want to go to Crescent or Vivo malls since they are all a short taxi ride away. The location is not so great if you want to get out and walk to nearby places. Not much in walking distance. The staff were great and made a good effort to adjust for the problem of using the pool with our small child.

Tämä hotelli oli Vietnamin matkamme tasokkain hotelli, vaikka hotelli ei ollut edes kallein reissullamme. Henkilökunta oli hyvin iloisella ja palvelualttiilla asenteella. Henkilökunta oli valmiina auttamaan jos oli ongelmia/kysyttävää. Buffet-aamiainen oli erittäin herkullinen. Hotellin vieressä oleva Sport Centerin kuntosali ja uima-allas oli hotellin asiakkaiden käytössä ja kyseiset tilat olivat hyvin siistit. Ainut miinus puoli hotellissa on sijainti. Hotellin ulkopuolella ei juuri uskaltanut kävellä auringon laskun jälkeen.

飯店人員友善，房間寬敞乾淨明亮，早餐豐富選擇多樣，距離SECC車程不到10分鐘，到市區也大約20分鐘車程，對於到此地出差的旅客算是相當便利的。

Great bonus of using the gym
When staying at this hotel you can use the gym next door and it is amazing! Large outdoor pool and lots of outdoor boxing equipment. Staff were helpful and we were upgraded to a huge room. The hotel didn't have much of an atmosphere and the local area is not great. I would recommend staying here if you plan to use the gym. If not, somewhere closer to town might be more suitable.

スタッフの方がとても親切で、施設も快適でした。
朝食が１０時までとゆっくりで助かったのと、美味しかったです。 ホテルの裏にプールとジムがありますが、プールがとても広く快適でした （プールの更衣室はプールのところにあるレストランの横の建物です）。 フロントに、プールで泳ぎたい（ジムに行きたい）と言えばチケットをくれます。 部屋もふた部屋つながっていて、冷蔵庫やキッチン、ダイニングテーブルもあり、広く快適でした。 女性一人でも安心して宿泊することができました。

We had a good stay at Thien Ha. When we first got there our room wasn't ready yet, so they upgraded us for our entire stay. Staff was very friendly and always very helpful, with tours, taxis and helping us with anything else we needed. The breakfast was good and had many choices. We had to walk a fair way to find places to eat, but this is more expected in district 7. The gym was awesome, easily the best on our entire trip and we spent a lot of time here. Overall a very good stay
