The Space:
The property is consisted of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master with a Queen bed, second bedroom with a King bed and the third boasting either 2 singles or king depending on your requirements.

With an open plan full kitchen & dining area flowing to the back yard with outdoor dining, you can sit back and soak in the surroundings while enjoying a complimentary bottle of Tasmanian wine.

The home also has 2 separate living areas one designed perfectly for movie nights, and the other for sitting back and relaxing.

This property can sleep up to 6 people.
We also have available two adjoining neighboring apartments on the lower levels which sleep 4 guests each. If you are traveling in a group, reach out to us regarding the entire site.

Port-a-cot, high chair available upon request and there is free WiFi and Netflix.

Sandy Bay is at the centre of the tourist hub and walking distance to the city, famous Salamanca Markets, historical Battery Point and the Hobart waterfront

Getting Around:
A short walk to Sandy Bay Rd will give you lots of bus option to and from the CBD to Sandy Bay.

Access to “The Residence” is up 16 steps.

* The property has external security cameras that monitor the entrance of each apartment.

* Weather - Hobart is a wonderful place to live and the locals often experience 4 seasons in one day. During winter our climate can get down to 0 Celsius at night and have maximum of 10 degrees or below during the day. In summer our temperatures can reach 37 degrees Celsius and our high UV ratings can be very hot. High UV readings are more important than temperature and lots of sunscreen, sunglasses and sunhats are required.

A brisk winter morning that is 2 degrees with crisp blue skies is very invigorating but warm clothes, hats,boots and gloves are needed to enjoy the freshness in the air.

To get maximum enjoyment from visiting our beautiful city, please be mindful of the season's weather during your stay and bring appropriate clothing to be comfortable.

* Water Australia is a dry continent and water is very precious. At times we may be subject to water restrictions. Hobart fortunately has a climate where we do not often have to worry about water consumption. Our water from the tap is some of the best in the world and can be drunk without any health concerns.

* Keeping warm at night. Electric blankets have been supplied for all beds. There is a switch next to each bed that enables you to warm up your bed to your preferred comfort level. The blankets can be left on whilst you sleep but most people find it sufficient to heat the bed so it is lovely warm to slide into at night. Bring warm pyjamas and socks and when snuggling under the duck down doonas ...a good night sleeps should be yours.
