“Staff was attentive and quick to respond to my questions. The view of the mountains was beautiful. Great for a glamping trip. Make sure u have on sneakers to get to your cabin there are hills and cobble stone walk ways. My taxi driver Rudy was great he guided me all the way down to my cabin. The cabin was beautiful and fully stocked with everything i needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The area was quiet and serene. I will def return”

“The hotel is beautiful, quiet, safe, and cozy, perfectly located near La Merced Church, and the principal park , museums, ATMs, stores, and bars. The entrance is on a peaceful side street, so it’s easy and safe to access. The staff were very polite and helpful, they arranged my airport transfers and a private volcano tour, which was amazing and better priced than outside agencies.
