Om boendet

Newly Rebuilt Lakefront Cottage - Private Dock & Boat Ramp

  • Freshly rebuilt in 2026, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath Lake Greenwood cottage offers a completely refreshed lakefront stay with beautiful water views from every room. Situated between a quiet cove and open water, the property features 167 feet of private shoreline, a private floating dock, boat ramp, and direct access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating.

Nearly the entire home was rebuilt from the frame up, with new flooring, windows, furniture, kitchen cabinets, appliances, and more. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The home also includes Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a new all-in-one washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a 30-inch induction range, and kitchen-island seating for 4.

Outside, enjoy the remodeled screened porch with a waterfront dining table, refreshed deck, four Adirondack chairs by the water, grill, and a kayak available for guest use. Whether you're having dinner overlooking the lake, launching your boat from the property, or relaxing by the water, everything is just steps away.

Need more space? We also own the neighboring 3-bedroom, 3-bath lakefront home, which sleeps up to 8 and can be rented separately through Vrbo (Property ID 27130556).

Peaceful Time

The property was just as described on VRBO. Very clean and the kitchen had all we needed. The area was quiet. Our children and grandchildren visited... they loved swimming and fishing from our boat, the dock, and the grassy shoreline. We made beautiful memories!

Very quiet place, spot right on the end of a cove. It could use a little TLC. Nice dock to fish off or relax on. Nice porch area as well. Has everything you need to cook with. Bed was comfy. If you are looking for a quiet retreat it won't disappoint.

Worked well for two of us and our short stay

Small cabin right on the water - literally! Description is accurate, very cozy & quiet The weather was mostly terrible and unusually cold so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor areas except one morning with a rental pontoon at the dock. Easy to town and other areas even though feels remote.

Wish we had booked longer!

My sister and I loved our stay together here. The beds are extra comfy and everything so clean! We especially enjoyed the porch and deck and nice dock. Our only regret was we didn’t book longer!!! Wish we had done a whole week.
