The room was very fresh and clean. It had a spacious balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and the fjord. It was equipped with everything we needed to use the kitchen.

âAfter a long, exhausting drive from the East, my family & I arrived in Akureyri around 1:00 am. We were completely exhausted after driving from the South & just ready to get some rest. âAcco guesthouse is a great walkable distance from a handful of dining options and shopping. The room we stayed in was very spacious and the beds were large and comfortable.
The bathroom however, was quite tight. The shower ledge takes up a lot of room even though the shower is very small. The ledge also had a decent size chunk out of it which was a big hazard when we had just woken up in the morning and werenât used to our surroundings. â
