Underbart hotel
Le Pavillon Hoi An Luxury Resort och Spa Ett stort Tack för en mysig vecka, så imponerad av er fantastiska service inriktade och trevlig personal. Fina, rymliga och väl städade rum God, riklig och omväxlande frukostmat varje dag. Ett hotell som vi gärna kommer tillbaka till.

Wonderful staff and great hotel
The hotel was beautiful, very clean, new, quiet and nicely located a little bit remote but still within civilisation with just about 20 minutes walking distance to the city center. Best of all, however, was the staff who were simply wonderful and made our stay a true pleasure. Always smiling, speaking mostly excellent English, and being helpful in a way which made us feel it was true and really from the heart -- a feeling which actually applied also to most other people in Hoi An. If anything at all should be improved with this hotel, it would probably be the restaurant which was far from interesting when it came to breakfast as well as the dinner/drink menu (which was also seriously overpriced). However, this doesn't really matter when the happy chef makes your waffles in the morning (which was the highlight of the breakfast) or the smiling staff trying to make the best of everything when we try to compose a dinner of only seafood and instead get meat (no, we are not vegetarians, just felt like seafood) :-D The restaurant problem was easily solved and didn't cause us any annoyance though, as we simply ate in the city instead, but for such nice hotel it is of course a pity that the restaurant can't attract guests with a professionalism which reflects the rest. But besides from that little matter, we must again state that this was really an excellent hotel we gladly would recommend or come back to if we again get the chance to visit Hoi An. Staff shine and make this a star!

Mycket bra hotel rent utmärkt service på alla områden. Trevlig spa avd med 30% rabatt under förmiddagen. Ligger ca 8 minuter med deras fria cycklar till gamla stan. Lite överprisade priser på dryck.

Prisvärt mysigt lyxhotell.
Helt underbart hotell med en jättetrevlig, mestadels mycket ba engelsktalande, personal, mycket rymligt rum med härlig jättesäng och badkar och en otroligt fin frukostbuffé. Pool med poolbar fanns men då vi var där i början av februari och vädret inte var på vår sida utnyttjades den aldrig av oss. Hotellet erbjuder gratis shuttle till stranden via gamla stan och tillbaka 4 gånger omdagen. Annars kostar en taxi till stranden ca 50:- sek. Vi rekomenderar att ta en promenad på strandpromenaden vid floden via marknaden till gamla stan. På strandpromenaden finns rikligt med restauranger med utsikt mot floden och där är knappt någon trafik mer än en och annan scooter. Vi rekommenderar Le Pavillon och deras underbara personal å det varmaste!!

Even een kanttekening, het zwembad ligt in de schaduw, 2 bedjes van de 20 krijgen maar zon, en het is heel jammer!! Voor de zon moest je naar het strand met een busje, en dat is 15 minuten rijden.

Beautiful stay-
This was our little oasis after a busy day in the goings on in Hoi an. A 2km bike ride in - bikes (supplied by hotel) were a bit “touch n go”. But independent transport non the less! Which we enjoyed. While the staff were keen to please we found some of them in our face too much about getting a good review. They all asked us the same questions over and over.Swimmining pool was lovely - could do with a clean. Upgrades to finishes out side awnings etc while we were there - obviously keen to keep things fresh.

It was a great location. A walk of around 30 minutes to the Old Town however the hotel ran a shuttle bus a few times a day if you did not like a long walk.The staff were super friendly and helped you at all times. The hotel was very clean and decorated to a high standard.

What a fantastic place to stay - just 10-15 mins walk from old town - but a free shuttle available. Happy hour at the pool each day. Beautiful unique roms. Coolish swimming pool. bicycles for free. Huge breakfast. We love our stay here. The pool service with plenty of fresh towels was amazing! The spa was amazing with 2 for 1 - just perfection! The green trees with lanterns in them was lovely also.

A great place to stay
Quaint, clean, and nice size room, and super friendly and helpful staff! Free shuttle to town. Delicious breakfast. Nice view. A bit away from town which is nice if you prefer quiet.

패밀리룸 7층이었구요 방2개가 연결됨 굉장히 넓고 욕조있었고 테라스있고 넓고 쾌적하고 조용하고 수영장물도 깨끗하고 조식 부페도 괜찮았음. 종류많았고요~올드타운 안방비치 셔틀버스 시간있고 15분전 예약하면 되고요~ 직원들 많고 친절한편입니다

Très belle bâtisse
À l'intérieur, le hall d'entrée est grandiose, toujours décoré dans le style colonial ; les chambres presque féeriques. Biensûr il ne faut pas regarder dans le détail, car si on s'attarde, l'hôtel malgré son jeune âge, tombe déjà en décrépitude. Ici comme partout au Vietnam les finitions sont rarement bien faites et tout vieillis donc prématurément. Même si elle fonctionne bien la clim parait déjà vétuste par exemple. Bien qu'elle ferme tôt (19h00), la piscine à débordement est très agréable, surtout le revêtement en marbre au touché mat ! Des transats et des serviettes sont à disposition gratuitement et le tout est bien orienté afin que vous puissiez profiter du soleil toute la journée. En plus, un bar de piscine est là pour vous proposer toutes sortes de boissons fraiches. Avec une profondeur maximale d'1m60 la piscine est séparée en deux, avec une pataugeoire pour les enfants... Et oui le point négatif des couples en quête de tranquilité : l'hôtel accueille beaucoup de groupes et de familles ! Oubliez la sérénité des bananiers environnants et dites bonjour au cris des enfants ! Ça vous avait manqué, hein ?! Heureusement qu'ils se rattrapent sur leur copieux petit déjeuner. Le choix est varié. Malheureusement le gros point négatif de cet hôtel est la literie... très très ferme ! Pour ne pas dire horriblement dure ! C'est la raison pour laquelle je ne lui attribue seulement que 3 étoiles. Pour nous la nuit a été... "difficile" ! Mais, c'est à vous de voir.

Very nice higher end property with very accommodating staff. Along with that comes higher end pricing at the restaurant and at the hotel in general for any additional amenities. Food and drink is priced quite a bit higher than the surrounding area, so would suggest going out for lunch or dinner. Breakfast buffet is included and is quite good all around.

Lovely hotel just outside the old quarter. The pool was a hit with the kids. Spacious clean rooms. Varied buffet each morning for breakfast. Free bikes to use which came in very handy. The shuttle to the beach was also great, as was the service at the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again. Nhams Kitchen just up the road is really close and fab service would highly recommend

청결도 친절 가성비 좋아요
전반적으로 친절하고 깨끗한 환경이 맘에 들었는데 조식이 좀 다양하지 않고 밤에 시끄러워요 방음이 잘 안되늗듯. 그리고 무슨 향을 계속 피우는거 같은데 굉장히 강해 힘들었어요
