Property manager not contactable during incident and later refused to refund booking even when the apartment was not fit for use. “This house is really nice. It's new, clean and fully furnished. The garden and the view from the house is beautiful. We felt really relaxed there. The only thing I can say is the shower room is too small for a house. Its far from city center, if you want a quiet and relaxing place, this would be a good choice.”

“It’s an ok hotel but not nearly as good as another WBF we’d stayed at. - Strictly won’t check you in before 15.00, even if less than an hour left - didn’t let me take my breakfast up to my room even though the dining area was crowded. Why?? I paid for it and it would leave more space for other guests.
