The exclusive Sugar Hill estate offers two fabulous pools, one of which is a large infinity pool, a fully equipped gym, 4 floodlit tennis courts, 2 floodlit paddle courts, 24/7 security and The Deck restaurant and bar which is a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Our penthouse apartment is fully air conditioned and includes WiFi, 55” TV with fire stick. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need including an oven, fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The penthouse apartment was recently fully refurbished to include new air conditioning units, new appliances and new kitchen and bathroom etc.
The large upper roof terrace which is accessed via a short flight of steps from the lower terrace, has quality sun loungers, a brand new sofa set along with a generous sized gas BBQ which allows yound to enjoy sunbathing here in complete privacy during the day and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or two in the evenings and spot the green parrots heading to their night roost. If you are an early bird, you can see the green parrots come over in the morning.
The lower balcony is a generous size with table and chairs for alfresco dining along with a comfy sofa to finish the perfect day.

The beach is around a 15 minutes walk or a few minutes drive. Alicia (the house Manager) can give you directions for a local short cut. You also have the added benefit of Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach club membership.
Holetown is Ideally situated at only a 5 minute drive and has an abundance of bars, restaurants, banks and shops including the Lime Grove designer shopping centre with restaurants such as The Tides, The Cliff, Lone Star, Sandy Lane all nearby. You also have Speightstown which is less than a 10 minute drive away and offers fabulous eateries and bars too.
