Outdoors, you'll find multiple spots to relax and entertain — from the front patio's welcoming entrance to the oceanfront back patio with cozy lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, bar, and sundeck — all overlooking the calm turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. At low tide, you would be able to walk to the beautiful beach to the right of the home. You can also access many other beaches within a few mins walk - including Holetown Beach.

Located in the heart of Holetown, Bali H'ai puts you just steps away from restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife. Beach lovers and adventure seekers will love the nearby access to the water, perfect for snorkeling, scuba diving, paddleboarding, or simply taking a morning jog along the boardwalk. Please note that a large villa is being built to the north of our property. These works started in January 2026 and will continue until January 2028 from Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Noise levels will vary with some days experiencing standard construction noise while other days may experience loud drilling / excavation works, etc.
