93 HIBISCUS COTTAGE är en härlig, ljus stuga 150 meter från det härliga Karibiska havet.
Den består av 3 sovrum med dubbelsäng, lounge, 2 badrum och en stor uteplats.
Sovrum 1 har en dubbelsäng, 5ft säng, takfläkt och gott om garderobsutrymme. Sovrum 2 och 3 har två enkelsängar som omvandlas till superking storlek 6ft sängar. Dessa sovrum har takfläktar AIR CON. Kom ihåg att detta debiteras och gott om garderobsutrymme.
Det finns två badrum med duschkabin.
Loungen är lätt och luftig, med två stora bekväma soffor, fåtölj, soffbord och kabel-TV. Två glaspaneldörrar leder till en matplats.
Köket är välutrustat och ger alla bekvämligheter och utrustning för en enkel semester med självhushåll. Köket leder ut till en stor, attraktiv utomhuspool, täckt matplats med plats för 6/8 personer. Denna uteplats omges av en privat tropisk trädgård.
Från trädgården leder en grind över vägen till stränderna och BEACH CLUB, en privatägd klubb som kan användas på fritiden. Den har en 50ft pool, solskydd, solstolar, byte och duschmöjligheter. Det har också The Beach House, en härlig strandrestaurang och bar.
Stugan har också 2 studior anslutna och bildar en L-form. Dessa båda sovplatser 2 personer har takfläktar och luftkonditionering och har privat användning av trädgården.
Alla fönster har myggnät och barer för att möjliggöra en konstant kylningsbris genom.
93 HIBISCUS AVENUE ligger i Sunset Crest, Holetown, St James. Erea är känd som Platinakusten och är känd för sitt silversand och det glittrande blå havet.
Det finns gott om mångfald att underhålla alla, och vackra promenader längs stranden eller över frodiga tropiska golfbanor och parker. 1
I närheten ligger en stormarknad. Den berömda Chattel Village med tropiska mode och lokala konsthantverk.
Den prestigefyllda Lime Grove and Bar är ett steg längre med sina designerbutiker, restauranger och kaféer, glassbarer, livsmedelsaffärer, delikatessbutiker och lyxiga biografer.
På stränderna och längs kusten finns ett stort utbud av matställen och barer för alla smaker.
Tbe Sunset Medical Center ligger några meter från stugan och är öppen 24 timmar, 7 dagar i veckan.

Ideal for beach pool buses shops....

We had a comfortable two week stay at the villa. Lovely clean tidy pool within easy reach. Very handy for buses into and out of town. Everything that you might need is within easy walking distance. Wendy, Jeanette, Mark all very friendly and helpful.We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a safe place as we had a late flight on departure.We enjoyed the birds and the monkeys too as we sat on the patio having breakfast.

Barbados holiday

The property is well located. Walking distance to Limegrove, Massy Supermarket, Chattel Village and restaurants. Easy access to highways, if renting a car, or just for walking and enjoy the West Coast tranquility. The cleaner, Ms. Janice is very helpful. Instant communication with Wendy, the property manager for any assistance. Overall we had a good time! Barbados is a fabulous destination which we know very well.

Amazing location and easy to deal with

Amazing location in holetown. Great to have access to the private pool right next to the beach for the properties in the area. It was never too busy while we were there (end of the season / crop over). The rooms all have good air cons units that worked well (despite the extra humid weather!). Ideally the kitchen could benefit from a fan as well, but we didn't use it that much due to all the places around us. The bedrooms and living areas all had fans too which was great, plus the outdoor patio was very useful every day. Great communication with Wendy the owner and Janice who came and did the cleaning and new sheets / towels. Happily stay again!

Family Trip Succes

Found this property after a few day search for other VRBO’s. We contacted Wendy to inquire about the listing and to ask about a large family. We have 5 kids plus us two adults. Wendy was very accommodating and assisted with getting an extra bed for our 7th person. After a long day of travel it was refreshing to get into the property with no issues. Very clear instructions from the host. We did rent a vehicle from the airport for ease of exploring the island. It would be nice if the parking area was a bit easier to get into, instead of having to open and close a gate. We asked about the parking and Wendy advised us that the parking lot right at the back door is a good place to use as well. We parked our vehicle in the parking lot for the entire trip. The area was fantastic, the weather was beautiful. If we had any issues Wendy was very quick to respond to our questions or requests.beautiful.

House in Need of Repairs

The location is ideal and the house lay out is spacious and functional . However, the owner has not maintained the house and this made for an uncomfortable stay. There were holes in many of the screens so windows could not be opened without bugs coming in and it was hot. The main door handle was fussy and then broke right off. The bedroom ceiling leaked which I only found during a rainstorm in the middle of the night when I was awoken with water coming down on me. In the morning, I checked the rest of the room only to find another leak with a basin already in place so...the leaks were know. The wifi is only available in part of the house, we had to buy a router. The kitchen sink plugs don't work so a basin is in place to wash the dishes, although I needed the basin to catch the water from the leak ! The air conditioning is only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and not in the rest of the house which was deceiving. Should I go on...? We are in Barbados 1-2 x a year as we have family living there and we will be sure to warn others of this absentee owner.

We had a wonderful stay with Wendy. It’s a beautiful space in an incredibly convenient location—everything is within walking distance.Wendy greeted us personally, and every question was answered promptly. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped. Janice, the housekeeper, came by a few times to change the towels, refresh the sheets once, and tidy up the space.The pool, located just across the road, was also spotless and made a lovely change from the beach now and then.Overall, this was far more than I expected from a self-catering property!

Fantastic location. Beautiful lanai. A wee bit noisy from local traffic in double bedroom if not using air conditioning! Super location. Wendy very reachable. And Janet was absolutely amazing.
