A wonderful place for a respite
Laurie was wonderful from the beginning. I had a few questions before booking which she quickly addressed. She greeted us as the door upon our arrival. She was very hospitable and welcoming, always available should the need arise. The house is quiet, clean, comfortable, and they are very accommodating. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard for morning coffee and later for dinner. The pool was lovely and cool. We enjoyed a few nights playing games of pool in the game room. There are 3 grocery store within 2 miles making it very convenient. It's an easy drive to the beaches. I highly recommend this property and owner!

Friends Vacation

Laurie went above and beyond
We rented this home for 2 nights while we visited honeymoon island...from the amount of space in the house to the awesome back yard and pool...it was just perfect and Laurie was so great at getting right back to me when I had questions... I ended up leaving our dress clothes in the closet and Laurie packed it up and sent it out asap. We will definitely be back!

Great home!!
Wonderful stay at this home. Laurie is so nice and helpful in every way. We were visiting friends and family that live in the area, we spent a lot of time hanging out in the beautiful back yard and playing pool. We had a blast!! We always worry about having a comfortable bed but we were so happy to find that this home even had that!! We slept so good here. Thank you, we will be back!! 😊

Baseball trip
We stayed here while our son played baseball in St.Petersburg. Laurie came over and introduced herself after we got there and was very pleasant, told us if we needed anything to let her know. The house was perfect for our week in Florida and the backyard is a beautiful little oasis!

Great stay near Tarpon Springs

The Winter Park was nice and the proper manager was nice. I really enjoyed them. They celebrated my birthday with me which was very wonderful. Good people to hang out and talk with. They just pleasant, enjoyable people. I will come back again soon.

Perfect Getaway
We loved our stay. The location is great - just minutes from Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and the ocean. The backyard is great and offers plenty of things to do - grill, bar, lounge area, etc. and a pool. Also after Laurie heard, that we have a toddler, she put out plenty of toys which our little one loved! There was something for every one of us - thank you again, Laurie!

Family getaway
Location is great, with the sponge docks around the corner, there’s a lot to do. We spent a few days in tarpon springs and the rest of the time in Clearwater. We didn’t have enough time to check out the other beaches and parks that are a short drive away. The property itself is awesome, the game room was a fun wind down after a long day at the beach. The back yard is super relaxing and the pool was perfect for our kiddos. Laurie was great and attentive to our needs at all times. Highly recommend this property for a fun family getaway!!!!

Great for families!
Laurie truly is an amazing host. This house is so clean and beautiful and all her lovely white towels truly make the place feel luxurious. She set the house up with my family and our wide age ranges in mind. If I go back to Tampa, I will be contacting her. I had to work remotely while on vacation and her property kept everyone entertained while I worked. It was perfect for us!

Great family vacation
This house was great for our family vacation. It began with the friendly, welcoming renter telling us to "make ourselves at home" and we definitely did. The amenities were amazing and just about anything you may need was provided, including bathroom products, kitchen appliances and utensils, and children's toys and a high chair. Every room was clean and set up for our needs. The backyard was well set up and perfect for a barbeque, and access to the pool was a huge plus. Also, having the renter nearby was reassuring in case any problems arose but we always felt that we had full privacy. Overall, our stay was fantastic and our family would happily stay here again, and we can't wait until our next vacation!

House was very spacious and had literally everything we needed. I took my baby with me n the house had a high chair, plastic plates and silverware, and even toys for her. Our host was super nice. Definitely needed an extra day just to enjoy the house.

Beautiful House
The house is beautiful and when we first arrived Laurie greeted us. She was very welcoming and answered all our questions. The backyard was very spacious and the pool area was nice. My kids loved the pool floats at the pool and they loved playing all the games in the garage. The Sponge Docks are very close to the house and it was fun exploring the area. We had an amazing stay!

Amazing hosts! Amazing house!
My 7yr old, my wife, and I really really enjoyed our stay. Laurie and her husband are the BEST people!! Laurie’s husband even bought my son ice cream from the ice cream truck when we arrived♥️ The hose and yard are very clean the pool is AWESOME!! They are dog friendly and our little Pomeranian felt right at home and loved the yard. They are in a great quiet location close to everything you want. Absolutely loved this place and the hosts, we will be back again and again!!!!

Perfect family rental
This was a perfect rental for my 2 kids and I. Laurie is a great host and makes sure everything you'll need is available to you. I will be looking to rent this home every time I come to visit family. My husband and I rented Laurie and Jim's property for the entire month of February with our 2 golden retrievers. We had an excellent stay. The house is very spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. Any and everything you could think you would need for a month long stay was provided. even a few disposable baby diapers! The backyard was an oasis with several different seating areas, firepit, huge grill, pergola's and umbrellas and a covered pool. Laurie and Jim were very responsive if we had any questions. The neighborhood was so quiet and relaxing. The kitchen had everything imaginable you would need to cook and/or bake. Laurie even provided a Kitchen Aid stand mixer! Completely stocked bedding, towels, cleaning supplies,. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We literally felt like we were at home but in a resort it was that comfortable and gorgeous. Shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, were all within a 5 mile radius. There's a beautiful dog park just 10 minutes away our goldens loved running every day. HIghly recommend if you're looking to stay in this area.

Wonderful place to Stay
We loved staying here.. everything was just as nice as all the great reviews said. The bed was quite comfortable( we only used the king), the kitchen well equipped, nice decor, comfy furniture, lovely yard, great location near Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey, lots of parks to walk our dogs, and not far from Dunedin, and Clearwater. Lots of space, very clean, and the owners Jim and Laurie were great and very helpful. Our dogs Spike and Rocky loved it too!

This is one of the best homes we have stayed in. It looks small from the outside but don't let that fool you. There is plenty of room inside. My son lives in Port Richey but we needed a bigger place for our family Christmas. We stayed over the Christmas weekend. Was a bonus that she allows pets as well. Laurie is a fabulous host!! If you are renting in the winter months, be aware that the pool is not heated. That didn't bother us because there is a fire pit (we love evening fires)and the garage has been made into a game room. My adult children spent most of their time playing ping pong. They grew up playing ping pong so this was a huge hit with them. It's very close to shopping and Tarpon Springs- Sponge Docks. We love the Sponge Docks! I was glad it was so close. If we need a place for a family gathering in the future, we will definitely be renting from Laurie again.

Wonderful Home and service
I have stayed in several VRBO and other rental homes in the past and this by far was the best experience I have had with both the home and the owner of the home. The location was wonderful for a short drive into Tarpon Springs and there was plenty of shopping available near by to grab a few groceries. This home was super clean and the attention to detail was superior. The host (owner) thinks of everything. If you forget it, it is probably available to you in this home or don't hesitate to ask Laurie as she was happy to help in any way she could. We stayed over Thanksgiving and decided to get Robert's BBQ (which was amazing) we had some time between pick up and the time we wanted to eat. We were not sure how we were going to keep it warm, and to our delighted surprise, there was a buffet warmer in the closet, this saved our dinner and was so pleased that this was available to us for use. The out door space was awesome, with all you could need. We loved having a fire in her fire pit each night and Laurie and her husband even asked us if we would like to watch football outside on Thanksgiving and were happy to set that up for us. This was a wonderful experience with wonderful hosts (owners)! I will definitely be reaching out to stay in this home again when I return to Florida!!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. We were traveling with my father in-law (88) and two dogs. Wanted a place that felt like home with room for the dogs and private. But close to fun amd beach. Tarpon springs is 2 miles from the house. Great little town. And Clearwater beach took us less than an hour. The house is very clean. Comfortable beds, fun inside with a pool table TV screened in porch. The back yard was a little oasis. A pool, and just a beautiful put together fun place to enjoy with family and friends And it was very quite neighbors…. The owners live next door to the house. Laurie , Jim and Blueberry were great host. And put a lot of pride in there properties.

We rented this property for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had ~8 guests. Had we known how stocked the house would be we wouldn’t have brought much but food. There were games, floaties plenty of cookware, ample amount of towels and wash cloths, etccccc The only thing I can think of that would have been icing in the cake was to have an outlet outside however, Laurie was so accommodating she ran her hour let to the back of the house for us. We will definitely stay again.
