“When I arrived, the cottage had my name mixed up with another which delayed my checking in. Part of the amenities was a bottle of wine (how nice!); however, I had to ask for it. :( Despite those two issues, the room, the breakfast, homemade cookies, etc., was all quite nice. The location was key as I was going to a concert. I would stay there again. ”

“These are cute rock cottages which afford privacy. The communication with the host was excellent. The interior was pretty tired and furnished with kitschy garage sale type furniture. It had a jacuzzi tub which also served as a shower-with an 18 inch entry and slippery tub, it's definitely a slip and fall risk. It comes with breakfast every day at a local restaurant which was excellent. If the owner did some updates, they could charge more, but it was a fair value for the price. ”

“Coltan was an excellent host and suggested wonderful dining options and activities to consider. My husband and I stayed in the cottage and it was charming and accommodated all of our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Peabody House to anyone and will absolute stay there again in the future!!”

“The property was quiet and the innkeepers went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well-fed! The breakfast baskets were great, the afternoon desserts were a wonderful surprise, and the room was stocked with everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. We’ve stayed at a number of places in ES over the years and this is by far the best in town.”

“Pros: Amazing AC & refrigerator that kept things really cold! Super clean! Furthest walking distance was 10 minutes to restaurants & shops. Owners were very nice & helpful. The property had snacks & coffee pods. The shower never ran out of hot water & had plenty of pressure. Plenty of light in the room & bathroom. Cons: There’s not a place to hang your clothes. There’s not a little table to put items on other than two little night stands. We would definitely stay at this property again!”

“Quaint, clean, and very hospitable ”

“This was our first time staying at an inn and it was wonderful. The inn is beautiful and so relaxing. I loved the real breakfast they served that kept us full almost until dinner time. There were so many little things like chocolate on the bed and an ice cold pitcher of water waiting in the room for it that just made it even better. I would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area. ”

“Good: Easy check-in, cute property in the heart of walkable Eureka Springs. Balcony is great, and the provided snacks were a nice touch. Cool vintage appliances. Bad: clearly a brand new efficiency reno - very sparsely and cheaply furnished, window shades not secured properly and fell down every time we used them. There is a giant tub, but shower hookup was not installed and was fully nonfunctional - pipes sticking out of the wall covered with a basket. This was not mentioned in the...

“Beautiful home on the edge of the quaint downtown area. Easily walkable to everything. Henry (the host) was gentlemanly and helpful. The room was stylish and super comfortable- could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend this property!!”

“Our stay was great. Stayed friday thru monday. Hot tub was nice and clean. House was cozy and clean. Great to have the has grill there as well. Beds not the most comfortable but were still good.”

“The house is very well stocked. We really appreciated all the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious. Lots of room to eat, play games, or just stretch out and relax. We very much enjoyed our stay.”
