This cottage was perfect for our family of 4! Perfect location, exceptionally clean, we loved the games inside the cottage, the hosts thought of everything as far as amenities and kitchen supplies. Our only suggestion would be to provide an additional set of spoons for eating; there were only 4 spoons. Otherwise, all of our needs were met while we stayed, and we were able to walk right into downtown Saugatuck from the cottage! Would definitely stay again!

Very clean property positioned just up the street from downtown Saugatuck. John, the property manager was a great host and responded to a few questions we had within minutes. The cabin has multiple areas for socializing, and is laid out very well. We had a great time here, and will absolutely keep it in mind for future stays.

The property was exactly as described in the listing and was very convenient to walk downtown and get to multiple local restaurants and parks. The drive to beach for amazing sunset views was short and definitely worthwhile. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The check-in and checkout processes were easy with clear instructions.

We loved this property from the second we pulled into the driveway until we had to check out. We explored during the day and came "home" ready to make dinner in a fully equipped kitchen and eat together as a family by the fire pit. The games provided at the property were a wonderful idea and came in handy when we were visited by the rain. We were close enough to downtown that it was not a terribly long drive, however far enough away that we don't get the business of downtown. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

We had a great experience at this cottage! We stayed four nights with our family of six to attend a family wedding in Holland. The cottage is adorably decorated and very clean, which I was thrilled with. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast during our visit, and the beds were really comfortable. The backyard, finished garage and basement space gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location is great - my kids were able to walk into downtown Saugatuck on the walking path, and it's a short drive into Holland. I would definitely stay here again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the host provided us with all of the information we needed in a timely manner.

The sunrise cottage was a very cute place to stay! We went on a girls weekend and had a blast. The place was easy to find and is close to the boutique stores and restaurants. It's also close to the sunrise dune tour. The cottage was clean and had cute signs on things telling you what to do. It was very handy. I wish we were able to stay longer as we didn't really get to do much at the cottage. I would love to rent these again in the near future.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of four’s mini-vacation in Saugatuck. First, it was immaculately clean—even the garage entertainment space and basement were spotless. Second, the location couldn’t be better! We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go within about 5 mins (the beach was about a ten minute drive, so close!). The beautiful back yard has plenty of space for the kids to run around and we loved playing catch back there. The garage entertainment space was a game changer! It was lovely to have the door open and draw/color together or eat while listening to the birds outside. Check-in instructions were super detailed and John made everything easy for us. We’ll definitely be back!
