âExcellent hotel however, the beds make a horrific noise when you touch the base of them. It wakes everyone in the room, even if youâre trying to be quiet very concerning you should replace or baffle the bottom of the bed.â
âThe hotel smelled weird and, apparently, the cleaning staff had been fired sometime before our arrival. We found old food in the fridge and the bedsheets was not clean (found hair) in one of our rooms. They did not clean the gym for the full 5 days we were there either.
However, the hotel receptionists made our beds and changed the towels daily.â
âLovely hotel- great staff and especially loved the pool area.
Only concern was the mustiness which clearly is something the staff are working on. Dehumidifiers lined the halls once most guests checked out.

âGreat all around; smooth check-in, nice room, good breakfast, pets allowed for a reasonable fee. Especially appreciated that we were allowed a late checkout to spend a little extra time with family and friends before going our separate ways.â
âThe staff was amazing. There were two weddings over the weekend and the hotel was full. The staff did an amazing job, with smiles on their face, even though they were all running around, extremely busy. â
âStaff was friendly and super helpful, very nice and welcoming, also they were understanding when we had to leave early for a family medical emergency. It is located in a great place just off the highway 30 minutes to Madison and 30 minutes to House on the Rock and absolutely love the surrounding landscape, scenery on a golf course plus near great food (Ope Haus is delicious!) Breakfast and drinks were filling, we enjoyed the activities for kids it is perfect for a low key water park like feel...
