The Voralpe Apartment blends modern wooden architecture with bright, welcoming spaces, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of the Ybbstal mountains.



The living room with panoramic window is perfect for relaxing together. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy a flexible stay. There is a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area—ideal for couples, small families, or active travelers. The modern bathroom features a rain shower and a separate WC.



The spacious, partially covered terrace with sheltered dining area is a highlight, and the additional balcony gives extra outdoor space with mountain views.

Our apartments are quietly yet centrally located in the heart of Hollenstein an der Ybbs, in the Ybbstal valley, within walking distance of the village center.



Hollenstein lies in the NÖ Eisenwurzen Nature Park, close to the Kalkalpen and Gesäuse National Parks, near Lunzer See and the Hollenstein natural beach.



Directly on the Ybbstal Cycle Path, our apartments suit cyclists perfectly: lockable bike garage, e-bike charging station, wash area with hose, and bike tools, plus a covered parking space with EV charging station per apartment.



Instead of air conditioning, individual Loxone smart-home climate control, underfloor cooling, controlled ventilation, and external blinds keep rooms pleasantly cool even in heatwaves.
