The living area invites conversation with two sofas and leather chairs around a cozy fireplace which opens into the dining area and kitchen. Two full size tables and a bar offer expanded seating for those delicious meals prepared in the full size kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need including a dual functioning Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and more. Also on the main level are two King suites each with their own private bathroom.
Downstairs, the oversized game room leads to the lower deck which holds a 7 person hot tub with an added privacy wall. Enjoy all the game room has to offer with a 70” TV and Xbox, pool table, and Pac Man Arcade. Also on the lower floor is a bunk room, King suite with private bathroom and Queen suite with private bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find the picture perfect view of Table Rock Lake from the King suite window. This oversized room has a daybed with trundle and its own private bathroom. Across the hall is another room with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom.
Some amenities of the property include extra privacy provided by the trees shaded lot at the end of the street, access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and lakeside park (coming soon).
