Welcome to Wildwood Cottage, this rustic home is ready to host you for all your Branson adventures! This 6 bedroom home is located in a beautiful vacation neighborhood and features rustic charm throughout! The home boasts of private hot tub, fire pit, and game room with arcades and a pool table! The lovely and established neighborhood features two pools (open mid-May to early-October), a walking trail, a playground for your kiddos, and just 1/4 mile from Table Rock lake! Location is also great for all of Branson's entertainment, just 12 minutes from downtown Branson, the Branson Landing, and Branson's HWY 76 strip, and only 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City! Book your stay and make some memories!

The Space:
Vaulted ceilings and warm, rustic charm greet you as you walk into this beautiful home! Sink right into the leather couches to enjoy the big game or relax after a day full of activities! Open to the kitchen and dining areas, no one will be left out in this space! The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED (pots, pans, small appliances, crockpot, etc.) and ready for you to cook up your favorite meals! Or enjoy some delicious take out from one of Branson's many great restaurants and dine together around the large table!

In this house, everyone sleeps in luxury in one of 6 BEDROOMS as well as having their own FLAT SCREEN TV! The master bedroom is on the main level with a KING BED and it's own attached en-suite bathroom! The en-suite features a walk-in shower, tub, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet! The main level also has one of the spare bedrooms with another KING BED and an attached full bathroom!

Head on upstairs to two more bedrooms, each with another KING BED and a hallway bathroom to share! There is even a desk in the hallway if you need to get some work done.

Then down on the lowest level are the last two bedrooms! One is another primary suite boasting of an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, the other is a bunk room with TWO TWIN OVER FULL BUNKBEDS and an attached bathroom, perfect for all the kiddos to have an epic slumber party! The basement also features the second living room/GAME ROOM! The 2 couches are not only great for movie watching but one is a sofa sleeper for sleeping those extra two guests! The full-size pool table will provide hours of entertainment for your group and the arcade games will be a hit for the kids (BRING QUARTERS, ARCADE GAMES ARE PAY TO PLAY)!

Extra features include a GAS GRILL on the lower patio, with propane provided, a FIRE PIT, and a HOT TUB! We also have a full-size WASHER AND DRYER and we provide the detergent! Each bathroom comes stocked with full-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner to make packing that much easier!! The home is also stocked with several towels for the hot tub, a pack-n-play and high chair for your little one as well as a baby gate, and extra games for the whole group to enjoy!

Guest Access:
As a guest, you have access to the entire house and the clubhouse (swimming pool, workout facility, pool table, large meeting area).

The Neighborhood:
Branson Canyon is a beautiful little vacation neighborhood conveniently located just 10-20 minutes from all the Branson activities you will want to enjoy! However, Branson Canyon offers plenty for your group to do by just staying put! The neighborhood has not just one pool but TWO POOLS just up the hill from the house. They are open during the summer months (mid-May to early October). For those who have difficulty with stairs, the ZERO ENTRY to the pool makes entering the water oh-so easy and for those looking for adventure the second pool features a POOL SLIDE!

For kiddos needing to burn off some energy, the KIDS' PLAYGROUND will be the perfect spot to hang out or go for a walk on the neighborhood WALKING TRAIL through the woods! Access to TABLE ROCK LAKE is just 1/4 MILE OUTSIDE THE NEIGHBORHOOD where you can enjoy the view or do some fishing! You will also have access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a large living area and another pool table!

Getting Around:
Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is about 23 minutes away.

The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 10-15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing, also 10-15 minuets away, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! The State Park and Long Creek Marina are each only 8-10 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located right across the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 2 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 8 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both only 15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

Interaction with Guests:
We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
