BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY

On the main level is a large, comfortable living room with a large screen TV and recliners for everyone. There's also the dining area, spacious kitchen with a large island/breakfast bar, formal sitting room, laundry room and a half bath.

Moving upstairs, you will find a huge Master Suite with a King size bed, walk-in shower, separate tub, fireplace, and gorgeous views of the lake! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from your own private balcony. One of the guestrooms on this level has a king bed and the other has a queen. There is a full size bathroom in the hall for these two guestrooms.

The lower level has another full kitchen and living room, a queen guestroom and another with 2 queens. There is also a laundry room and full bathroom. You'll find views of the lake on this level as well.

We've put a pool table and ping pong table in the garage for some extra entertainment.
