“Check in was effortless and the staff was pleasant and friendly. Our cabin was so nice. Everything looked brand new”

“Great stay, great room at the lakeside”

“Wonderful apt, warmly recommend for a short or even long visit in Big Bear! Most cosy bead i haved in a hotels apt.”

“Staff was very helpful, and nice. Really friendly guy. I feel bad only giving 3 stars, for him alone. The reason for the lower rating is the room was tiny, barely room for the bed and a small dining chair. Very small (clean) bathroom. Paper thin walls. “Clean room and amenities”

“OK stay but no response from the hotel on questions after the stay.”

“Bra läge”

“Very friendly staff and helpful I should say! It was a bit cold to use the pool but it was clean, the rooms were very clean and cosy, location was easy to get to quiet and peaceful. I will deff be staying here in my future travels to big bear!”
