The dining area seats 6 at the dining table, 4 at the eat in kitchen table, plus 4 more at the counter.
This oceanfront home has two oceanfront decks, one is covered and accesses a shared walkway with the other side of the duplex. The walkway has a large seating area over the sand. The private sundeck is on the second floor, just off the living room and offers comfortable outdoor seating and beautiful views.
