Great place for our long weekend

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family in the area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Close to everything we needed!

Great property

Great place to stay. Hosts were easy to work with. House was clean and neat. loved the location. Near a miniature golf and ice cream place which was a win for the kiddos.

Clean Beach House, Responsive Owner

This beach house is very clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. It is close to all the good restaurants and bars in Surf City and a short drive to the beach as well. The owner is courteous and fast to respond to messages. Hope to stay here again.

By the beach

We had a great stay visiting family. The home was clean and modern with all the essentials. The welcome bottle of wine was greatly appreciated after a long ride!! Thank you! The large screened in porch came in handy on the day it rained.

MUST STAY

If you are looking for a place this is it. We loved it so much and would stay again! It was a safe neighborhood to where our children could play without worries. They loved having their own space/bathroom. We liked being so close to everything we needed!

15th Birthday Celebration

The residence is lovely! The owners really paid attention to details... there was a coffee and wine display that I saw right as I walked in and it made me feel at home. The décor is impressive, there was a lot of thought put into everything - including the cutest night-lights and fabulous outside furniture/throw pillows. I really appreciated that they had beach chairs and beach towels for renters to use. I would highly recommended this property!

Topsail Beach House

Besides dog fur all over the floor and the lack of essentials in the house (bags, aluminum foil, salt, pepper, a sharpened knife, etc.), everything else was amazing. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the house and the beach itself, what made it harder to enjoy the trip was actually the people we chose to go with. I could see myself easily coming back here though, loved the location and the house!! Thanks for the stay!!

Enjoyable stay

Pleasant surprise. Great ground floor screened porch but with a slightly balky screened door. Once you discovered its secrets, no problem. Well supplied/ equipped...looked pretty new to me. Although not on the water, it was a relatively short ride to a public beach with free parking, but not objectionable distance. Pack the cooler and hit the beach. Very comfortable for 4 adults and a 30-month-old active child. Thumbs up!

Clean and Close to the Beach!

We picked the house based upon the proximity to the local businesses nearby which we frequent. We took a short drive over the bridge and were on the beach in less than 10 minutes. The hosts go above and beyond with their welcome gift and cleanliness including all of the kitchenware. The bedrooms were also very clean. The beds were made with fresh linens, and the floors were vacuumed. In addition to the above, I would also add that the house was well-stocked with all the essentials, such as towels, linens, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. This made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my vacation without having to worry about bringing anything with me. There is covered parking and a screened-in hang-out area as well. I would also like to commend the owners of the house for their excellent communication and customer service. They were very responsive to my questions and requests, and they made sure that everything was in order for my arrival. Overall, I had a wonderful experience renting this house, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked rental property.
