“Vår vistelse var mycket över förväntningarna, alla som jobbar där var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma, t.ex. så fick vi ca 20 olika förslag på barer och pubar när vi frågade vad deras favorter var. (De hade t.o.m. skrivit detaljer på vissa av dem, och alla förslagen vi testade var träffar!) De höll receptionen öppen till 04:00 för att vi skulel kunna checka in samma tid som vi anlände (vi anlände vid 00:00). “I wish they had let me know when I booked that there is no reception and checking in is virtual. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. We stood outside for well over 30 min trying to enter details on the app that kept erroring. I called, but it went to voicemail- still haven’t got a call back. It’s a pity as the rooms are pretty. Also to note for those that are light sensitive there are very bright street lights and only shutters on the windows. ”

“Even though I booked a single room it still felt very small considering what I'd been charged and the bathroom was tiny. Bedroom had no window so felt a bit like a prison. Bathroom window had a blind but no blackout curtain, and the bathroom door had a window, so light from outside streamed into bedroom and woke me up earlier than I'd planned. “Room bathroom handle broken + 2 light fittings not working. Toilets in bar all cubicles out of order. Swimming pool was nice but handrail was loose/detached at bottom of stairs. Tried to order food on Saturday night but initially told kitchen closed until 20:30 then staff told to push back to 21:00, we gave up walked to Lidl and bought sandwiches. Such a disappointment, thank goodness for the brilliant bar tender Jake on the bar - he was very polite, attentive and apologetic.”
