THE ACCESS
This is the ground floor of the beachfront building. There are no
stairs anywhere between your bed and the water — through the sliding doors, across the screened patio, onto the sand. If you have a grandparent, a toddler, a wagon of beach gear, or a bad knee, this is the unit.

THE PATIO
Screened, private, and facing the water. Coffee in the morning,
sunset in the evening, no sand in the living room.
