You're going to love spreading out in this lovely three-bedroom 1950s-style house facing the Gulf of Mexico and featuring a private patio and pool, perfect for family vacations and get-togethers with friends! Spread out in the bright and attractive living area featuring lots of comfortable furniture and attractive wall art and decor. You can watch your favorite movies and shows on the large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV whenever you want a break from all the beach fun. Take advantage of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to cook up delicious meals then serve your guests at the dining table or outside on the patio for an al-fresco meal. The kids will love splashing around in the private pool, and they'll have plenty of space to run around in the enclosed yard. The fully furnished pool deck offers plenty of seating and space to spread out including chaise lounges, two rocking chairs, four director's chairs, a bistro table, and two outdoor dining tables. There are also two toddler-sized Adirondack chairs, two in-pool umbrellas and a large out-of-pool double umbrella, and a two-person hammock with stand. Challenge someone to a game of Ping-Pong, pool, or even some board games in the recreation room, then head outside for a good read in the comfy hammock. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy.

Things to Know
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
Beach gear includes 4 boogie boards, 5 beach chairs, a small rolling cooler for the beach, a beach cart, two beach umbrellas, and toddler toys for the beach (pails, sand molds, etc.)
Pool floats and lounges provided
This home has active security cameras installed at the front door and each corner of the property - not facing the pool area
This property has a 7-night stay requirement.
This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests.
Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
