This homely bungalow sits within the tranquil Devon countryside, just a few miles from the Cornwall border, allowing guests to tour both counties with ease. Enjoy the surrounding picturesque countryside walks, or if the coast is calling, the well renowned South West Coast Path is certainly worth exploring. Guests can access this from the town of Bude, just 12 miles away. The coastal town has a fine array of eateries and shops, but also offers fun activities including pedalos on the canal, ten-pin bowling and of a choice of three glorious sandy beaches, perfect for paddle boarding and surfing. Other options close by including Dartmoor National Park (18 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (17 miles).


Upon entering this contemporary bungalow, you’ll feel welcomed by the bright and stylish interior, with the opening hallway offering access to each of the rooms. The lounge is well furnished with two comfortable reclining sofas, and an additional armchair from which to take your pick of films on the Smart TV. Better still, set up a board game in front of the roaring wood burner for a lovely family evening spent together. Make your way through to the kitchen/diner where guests have all they need for a convenient and relaxing stay. At mealtimes, all can sit comfortably on the dining table also positioned in this room. In addition to the kitchen/diner, there is an accompanying utility area that houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, wash basin and a separate WC. The bungalow has three bedrooms; the master bedroom features a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, the second bedroom has a king-size, and the single room holds one single bed, with the option of a travel cot too, upon request. Completing the interior is the family bathroom. A short walk up the drive from the property brings guests to the fabulous, shared, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, complete with changing rooms and showers. A perfect combination of relaxation and fun.


At the property itself, guests will enjoy the private enclosed garden and woodland area, ideal for pets and young children to explore. This space also provides outdoor seating, BBQ and a fire pit, from which to enjoy this peaceful spot with beautiful, picturesque views.
