Located in the beautiful hamlet of Clawton, next to Holsworthy and Dartmoor National Park in Devon.

Semi Rural and nestled in 50 acres of private fields & woodland with far reaching views over the Devon Countryside, it is a perfect family holiday home.

Badges Cottage is just perfect for families and groups of friends . It has a sitting room with a large log burner, a Children's Snug and Games Room with Smart TV and Xbox 360 plus a large social open planned kitchen, diner with additional seating in the sunny Conservatory.

Babies & Children catered for. A Cot a Highchair is available plus a Camp Bed for an additional Child up to the age of 12 years is available.

The 3 bedrooms comprise of One Single, One King and One Superking - the Superking can be split to make Two Singles.

All with high quality mattresses and linens and towels are included.

The King bedroom has an ensuite and Balcony overlooking the Countryside and Fields at the back of the Cottage.

There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with bath and step over shower.
The separate Utility room has a Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer plus Iron, Board and Clothes Airer.
There is a washing line just outside the back door.


Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property - the cottage has a large, private and safe driveway
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
