“Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. “Only stayed one night and arrived late/went early so didn't see/use the hotel's lounge or other amenities. Our hotelroom/bathroom was clean and large. The breakfast was fine, cooked to our order. Nice to sit with view of river at breakfast. All staff we meet at reception and at breakfast were polite and friendly.”

The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow!
