“Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home.”

“Overpriced for what you get. The property was in poor condition, especially for a Marriott. The food was cafeteria-quality with very limited options, the elevators frequently malfunctioned, and some front desk staff seemed undertrained. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price.”

“Perfect for me as a solo traveller. Clean, small room with a tiny bathroom in downtown Anchorage but still in a quiet area without much traffic. Only downside is that the whole room is shaking everytime someone closes their door.”

“This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also .”

“The hotel appears to have undergone a light renovation and is generally in good condition, but the service was extremely disappointing. During our four-night stay, not once was our room cleaned. The bed was never made, the trash was never emptied, and the towels were never replaced unless we personally tracked down the housekeeping staff and asked them to do it. To make matters worse, during the last two days we couldn’t find a single housekeeping employee anywhere in the hotel, so we had to...

“Ganska slitet hotell utan luftkonditionering på rummet. Dålig ljudisolering - kvällstrafik plus ett odefinierbart brummande på rummet upplevdes mycket störande. Receptionen ville inte kännas vid brummandet. Gångavstånd till centrum. Om man söker ett budgetalternativ för max en natt kan det fungera...om man är medveten om och kan acceptera standarden. ”

“Personalen gjorde vad de kunde föra att göra det så bra som möjligt i bemötandet. Tyvärr för stora problem med: inget varmvatten, frukost var ojämn, inget automatiskt byte av handdukar samt poolen fungerade en dag enbart. Positivt med transport till flygplats från hotellet utan kostnad.”

“I have stayed at Ramada’s before and this certainly is not Ramada to me. Had to change rooms sink was leaking. Desk clerk gave me towels to place around sink and told me maint would be up in the morning. Sink leaking and electricity don’t mix well. I started walking away with towels shaking my head. Desk clerk then stated we could change rooms.”
