  • Fantastisk miljö! Rätt vid Kachemak Bay, med trappor åt stranden under vår- och sommarmånaderna.
    Detta 2 sovrum, 2 badrum hem är nybyggd och konstgjorda inredda med havslandskap teman. På bottenvåningen med utsikt över bukten finns ett fullt utrustat kök, mysigt vardagsrum, komplett med storbilds-TV för att njuta av spelet, badrum och tvättstuga. Det finns tillgång till ett rymligt däck med solstolar och grill från vardagsrummet. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa. För en liten extra avgift ger en härlig stuga på gården en bortgång för 2 med en drottningssäng på loftet. Stuga gäster delar bottenvåningen i huvudhemmet. Stugan är inte tillgänglig för oberoende hyror. På andra våningen hittar du båda sovrummen. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, platt-TV och en mängd böcker. Det andra sovrummet har antingen två tvillingar eller omvandlas till en king size-säng, beroende på sammansättningen av din grupp. Båda rummen har härlig utsikt över båtarna som passerar på viken och örnar som svävar förbi i fönsterhöjd.

The property is very clean and had everything we needed! The binoculars were a great touch! We can think of a better location…right on the water allowed us to see seals, bald eagles and other wildlife!

This place was everything we wanted and more. The view was so incredible. We even had bald eagles landing on the roof of the house, and right outside. It was cool to watch the tides rise and fall. The house had everything we needed, and the coffee was great!

I highly recommend this beautiful property. The views are spectacular and it is relatively close to everything you would want to do in Homer. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the seals when the tide was in, and they were certainly curious about us. Binoculars are available for viewing. My highlight was seeing a rainbow on the glacier and at the time I was recording this an eagle flew by. This took place at 11:00 PM and it was very light outside. It was truly amazing and I have to say I feel blessed to have had that moment! My visit was June 22-26.

Amazing Home with Amazing Views

We had a great stay at this home. Everything was extremely clean, and it was a perfect location for us. It was a great base to go on day trips and a perfect place to enjoy a rainy afternoon. The views were incredible and we only wished we’re could’ve stayed longer.

Fabulous house in Homer

If you've found this house on vrbo, look no further. Great house with awesome views. Right on the bay, just minutes from the spit. Almost had to pry my family off the deck to get them to go home.

Family Fun

Great property to experience the big changes in the ocean tide. It has the perfect deck for views of the basin. Our first time to visit Homer was great and we are so glad to wrap up our trip with this little gem and strolls along the Spit.

This property in Homer was so very lovely. Clean, large enough for the entire family, tiny house is amazing, great location, quiet neighborhood, great restaurants near by, unbelievable views. We had so much fun staying at this house!!

This was a truly amazing trip. The property was situated right at the waters edge with amazing views. There was a lot of thought put into this property with every amenity that you would need.

We had a wonderful week at Seafarer House. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views just blew us away. Loved watching the eagles fly the house.

Beautiful View and Accommodations

This property was perfect for our group. Very clean and nice amenities, but can't beat the view! Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porch were perfect ways to start and end days packed with fishing, hiking, and just exploring Homer and the Spit. Comfortable beds are also a big plus. Thank you!
