“I really liked the hotel—my room was very clean, fresh, and pleasant, and it was nice and quiet at night. The only thing I missed was a small safety box in the room, like most hotels usually provide. Housekeeping was excellent; they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. “The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together.
