It is located close to the harbour and down town are. About a 25 minute walk.
Downsides:
The AC can not be change from the room. So if you want to change the temperature or turn it off you need to contact the front desk to do it for you.

“Great location and a very nice staff. Cute boutique hotel. The room is nice and the bed is comfy. Be prepared to pay $60 per night for valet parking at the hotel...which is steep. The sign outside the hotel notes $50 for parking however they add 20% tax on top of that, which is extreme and likely not passed on to the valet as a tip, so you tip..on top of that too. If you only travel with an overnight bag, it's definitely worth finding another garage/lot in the area, which would save you some...
