“We escaped the holidays & headed for The Mayo! Absolutely devine-everyone was eager to help & the suite was yummy. Love the towels - bath sheets, fluffy and large! The rooms were freshened everyday. Next time you’re in T- Town, stay at the Mayo, some of the most famous people in the world have stayed here”

“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed.
It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated.
On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later.
The rooms are outdated...

“The room was on the corner of the hotel so we had multiple windows with different views, it was great. The floors were all concrete and made the room a little cooler. I loved the additional couch in the corner and double sink in the bathroom.”
