PETS ALLOWED for a fee of 250 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds.

EVENTS aren’t allowed at the property.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Please note:

1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

3) No Fireworks on the property

4) Please notify us if you plan to bring pets. Pet fee applies per pet.

5) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If that number changes and is more than 16, an extra guest fee that is $20 per person per night plus service fee and taxes will apply.

6) All day time visitors must be registered and included in the guest count.

7) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35.

8) No visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets.
-All guests must be included in the reservation count. Please message us if the number of guests increases after booking or exceeds the 16 guest max listed. Fees do apply for extra guests.

-Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $250 per pet per stay. Please contact us if you intend to bring a pet.

-No Smoking or vaping inside

-No events or parties are allowed at the property. If you have an event or party without permission or if you have more guests than what you have registered, a fee will be added at the discretion of the owners.

-Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

This was a wonderful place to stay, whether it be with friends or family! Beautiful location and the house was very clean. The only small complaint I have is that the hot tub was at a low temperature and dirty, it was locked so you couldn’t turn it up.

Everybody loved it. Our great grandchildren (2 5 year olds)really enjoyed the zip line. We had a variety of ages, 2 80 yr olds, 3 50 yr olds, 5 25 yr olds and the 2 little 5 yr olds. The 50 yr olds enjoyed the hot top, the 25 yr olds enjoyed hanging out on the patio and we 80 year olds mostly watched. There were 3 of us with birthdays and we also went to the East Broad Railroad not too far from the house. The house was a perfect place to stay. The little kids want to go back for their birthdays. The house is perfect for families.
